1. FREE PERSONAL USE
To the extent TextKits controls the relevant rights in this Font Software,
TextKits grants you a non-exclusive license to install and use the font for
your own personal, non-commercial projects without a license fee.

Examples include private invitations, personal artwork, learning exercises,
and personal posts or websites that are not monetized and do not promote a
business, product, service, paid activity or commercial organization.
You may create and share finished images or documents for these permitted
personal purposes. You may use the WOFF2 font to display text on your own
non-commercial personal website, retaining this license with the font files.

2. COMMERCIAL USE REQUIRES A SEPARATE PAID LICENSE
The free download does not grant commercial-use permission. Before commercial
use, contact contact@textkits.org and obtain a separate paid written license
covering your intended use. Commercial uses include paid or client work,
business branding, advertising, promotional posts, monetized content,
products offered for sale, and commercial website, application, game,
template or other software embedding. Pricing and the scope of the commercial
license are agreed separately; downloading this package is not a purchase.

3. FONT FILE DISTRIBUTION
Do not sell, sublicense, relicense, remove attribution/license notices from,
or redistribute modified versions of the Font Software without written
permission. Do not bundle the font in products, templates, apps or font
collections for sale under this free personal-use license.

Font directories may host and redistribute this complete, unmodified free
personal-use package without charge, provided they preserve this license,
identify TextKits as the publisher and link to https://textkits.org/free-fonts/.
This limited directory permission does not grant commercial use of the font.
Permitted personal web embedding under section 1 is also allowed; it does not
authorize operating a separate font download service outside this section.

4. OWNERSHIP AND DESIGN PROCESS
This license grants only the permissions stated above and does not transfer
ownership or promise exclusive rights in every aspect of the letterforms.
The font was developed through AI-assisted concept exploration followed by
glyph separation, vector editing, spacing refinement and original punctuation.
Applicable statutory rights and limitations are not expanded by this license.

5. AS-IS
The font is supplied as-is, without a guarantee of suitability for a particular
project or software environment. Check the font in your intended application.
Nothing in this license excludes rights or liabilities that applicable law
does not permit to be excluded.

6. QUESTIONS AND COMMERCIAL PERMISSION
Contact contact@textkits.org with the font name, intended project, medium
(for example print, website or app) and expected users or distribution.

Using the free font does not itself grant any commercial license.
